The Leadership Team uses conservative amounts of bank financing to provide total returns paid to investors in both a quarterly preferred payment and an annual bonus payment. The Leadership Team values transparency and commit to keep investors fully informed of financial practices and policies through frequent communication and Quarterly reports.
